Wow! I was really on the fence about the hobbled together and frayed aesthetic, but once the knits came out something clicked. The cable knit blazers and pants are remarkable. Everything took a left turn with the trippy velvet suits, and then ended with taped on looking designs on pants and jackets. This show was just a wonderful journey to wonder through. Yohji's AW collections have been picking up steam the past few seasons. It is wonderful to see.

I thought this was pretty lacklustre to be honest, not as good as his AW14. Obviously I liked it, Yohji is a great designer, but it felt like a career retrospective more than a new collection. Preferred Y-3 this year actually.
