I feel like judging this as awesome or sad comes down to motivations... like does this just represent people who never got over the materialism or vanity of their youth - who have nothing better to focus on than clothes? People just doing their own thing in a really positive way? I have no idea but it's making me think about my future relationship with clothes and I can see myself going either way, I feel like it depends so much on social circles later in life, who you marry if anyone and what kind of job you have, how much respect you feel you want to command... just rambling
