I think the pieces in and of themselves are definitely far and above better than the usual selection of men's bombers and fishtails, however the lack of large amounts of remade, or GIANT SHARK BAGS leaves this collection without the whimsical charm. The same could be said for ss15 and arguably aw14 (although it was a lovely collection) that raeburns women lacks the comical nature of the mens.the women's is refined and clear in message and if that's the decision he's made with how he chooses to sell his brand ok, but I can't help but feel his strongest pieces are the ones which make you laugh, smile then nod your head in half appreciation and half "that's crazy". I'd like to see the themes carried over from mens in terms of the rebuild elements, but also taking some of the Cape, scarf, and various bottoms realised in the men's lines in the winter collections.
