I don't know that much about Andrea Cammarosano, but my friendly local store manager who stocks him says he used to work at their store and was San Francisco based, he studied in Antwerp and used to be Walter van Beirendonck's assistant, and more recently he's moved to Italy to be closer to production. But that's all I really know.
