yo i don't remember if anyone is based in osaka or is traveling there but the LOSER zine fair is going on until the 26th. last i was told i still have a couple zines left there (free) so stop by, say hi, and pick one up! it's at the LOSER record/select shop in namba.

last semester during my school's meet the clubs day i was interested in our Salsa Libre club. well for no good reason i just didn't try out for it, so i made sure to do it this semester. auditions were yesterday, we had to learn a short routine with some partner and solo footwork. i was doing really well (at least to my standards considering i have no experience) when i was practicing but during my actual audition i forgot some of the choreography... twice in a row in the same spot!!! hahaha it was soooo bad.

the coaches were looking for people to have fun and i was definitely having fun with it, but mistakes were obviously made. i can't see myself making it but we'll find out today or tomorrow. i'm just happy i stepped out of my comfort zone a little.
