online stores/irl pop ups offering an eclectic collection of things from relatively unknown artists and designers and people who are still studying. these have become really popular in the past couple years and then they started multiplying.

For more "classic menswear", I think we're gonna see a huge shift in what is accepted in the office (finance) due to COVID. My boss has seen me in T-shirt, sweaters, lounge pants, etc. that coming back into the office next June in button-up, wool trousers, and oxfords would be weird. Think it will more accepted to wear polos and cotton pants which would definitely be more comfortable but I don't have my hopes up.

In terms of suiting, from what I have seen, a lot of Companies have been shifting to more higher rise and pleated trousers. This is supported with the rise of affordable suiting brands like SuitSupply and Spier & Mckay. Lapels may become a tag wider (been seeing this around) and a push for a softer shoulder is apparent. May take a few more years till all of this comes to full fruition.
