i set up a skype call between my boss and someone in london for today and the person in london was an hour late.

then we realized that they weren't an hour late, but that daylight savings time had fucked everything up.

i had no idea not everyone observes daylight savings time or changes their clocks at the same time. makes total sense now that i think about it, but i guess i had never paid it any attention before.

so for a few weeks, london is only a 7 hour difference from LA. interesting.

Me and feminist went canoeing in the very large creek on my family's property, the water was very high and very fast. Canoes do not do well in rapids. Canoes should not go over waterfalls. Canoes do not do well when you try to stop them from going over waterfalls. We capsized the canoe and i had to pull feminist out of the water, the canoe is now jammed up against some logs near the water fall. My phone died and feminist's barely made it out.
