If i want to group like, four images into one how do i do that? I'm on a Mac. I need to do it for a portfolio application and i want to show sketchbook development that happened over 4 rectangle sheets, but i can only upload one image to represent the whole process so i need to get the 4 of them into 1???

Use Gimp or photoshop, make a new image at the size you want then import the images as layers.
