planning on applying for some grad schools this year. right now, rca, csm and the courtauld institute.

does anyone know how much they consider stuff like relevant internships or jobs as part of the application process (in general in the UK system i mean)? I'm on track for 1st honours so it's not like my grades are bad or anything.

hoping to do the fashion journalism stream at CSM's MA fashion department. It's probably a long shot though

I spent a couple hours in ikea today. I think I'd be perfectly happy if I never have to go there again in my life.

It was quite overwhelming with all the people, I didn't really find any of the design interesting. The amount of work and money to get a cabinet was really prohibitive. Truthfully if their designs were a lot cheaper it would of been fine, but at that price point the quality and aesthetic just wasn't there. Also the particle board construction was not impressive.
