I'd say well over half of my teachers stole/reused tests from other people. The ones that didn't used old AP tests most of the time. No skin off my back really, i never bothered to look them up to cheat so I don't really feel slighted by it. If we wanted all original lesson plans, we should pay teachers more.

Pretty common place over here for teachers to use/ adapt lesson plans shared on the web or use them as activities as the whole class curriculum is standardised up and down the country, no harm in it as the finals are externally wrote and marked. Notes are needed everywhere in life your average teacher isn't going to peel off a structured lesson when they teach numerous years and lessons at varying points flawlessly, some do but it's by no means standard.
