Anybody listen to the new Foo Fighters song? Apart from Bridge Burning and Walk which are two of the Foo's best songs, this is better than anything on Wasting Light.

If these eight new songs are as good as the first eight songs of Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace then Rock Album of The Year is already in the bag.

What are some good examples of 'cult' bands/music groups?

One of my friends was saying Dr. Dog has a very cult-like following which I found very odd but I kind of agree in that most people either love everything or hate everything they have released.

It was pretty much just between BBK and Rebel Sound. Stone Love were boring and A$AP Mob were awful. Like I love Boy Better Know and they got the whole grime scene out there doing every grime banger, but Rebel Sound's dubs... Oh my days. How much money and time did they spend on those? It was just dub after dub after dub. Literally every tune. A Rihanna dubplate? Pusha T sending for A$AP mob? Kurupt FM? Tempz slewing all his mates? Ah, man. Sad it's over now.

These two have been uploaded so far, . I'd imagine will be uploading the rest soon. These are probably my favourite two anyway. Rebel Sound especially. Just remembering their Emeli Sandé dub with the lyrics changed to "fuck Jammer and Skepta" played over Pulse X. Too much.

After one listen to wileys new album first impressions a little mixed, starts of strong and levels off around badman then proceeds to dive at the end of grew up in before the "time to get my foot in America" track lonely mostly as its not what I want from Wiley or a grime album. Doesn't recover till blood type then goes on to end strong.

There's some pretty good tunes on it. 'On a Level', 'Flying', 'No Skylarking' and ' Grew Up In' are probably my faves. A lot of boring ones with pointless trap beats though, which always annoys me. 'Lonely' was just weird though, yeah. The format of the last track was a bit strange as well. Like 'Born in the Cold' was already released as a single. Why's it being merged into some medley?

Finally going to the Kurupt FM night in Brixton tomorrow. Gonna be wicked. If you don't know already, they're kinda like a parody UK garage and jungle crew. Kinda like Spinal Tap, but pirate radio DJs from West London. They even got their own BBC3 "documentary" made about them (http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01xw0xp). Not on iPlayer anymore but you can probably download it.

This is their only real tune, but it's a banger. It's gonna absolutely pop off in di dance:

, seen Oxide & Neutrino bare. They seem to be booked everywhere these days. They do drop 'Bound 4 Da Reload' and 'No Good 4 Me' quite a bit. Entirely depends on what the crowd's like though. Obviously at some proper garage head night they'll leave 'them out. Pretty sure they'll both get played tomorrow though.
