Oh my god everybody needs to be following aldnoah zero. Seriously the best urobuchi show out so far. EVERY EPISODE IS A ROLLERCOASTER OF THRILLS~

Girlfriend agreed to watch the Digimon movie with me mostly because I wanted to watch it for the nostalgia and whatever. We got 25 minutes in and she said it was dumb and turned it off. Who doesn't like Digimon. For real.

Aldnoah Zero had such a strong start but it's turning out to be such a disappointment. The plot relies way too much on cliffhangers each episode to make up for the lackluster overall story and the mecha designs and characters are boring and forgettable. I don't really think I'll pick up season 2. I think the only mecha anime I've enjoyed has been Gundam 00, NGE and Code Geass (? ). I'd love some recs.

I watched the first episode of The Devil is a Part -timer last night and I found it really enjoyable and hilarious. I've never been much of a slice-of - of kinda guy but the premise is really interesting.

So the first chapter of Over the Garden Wall is for free on YouTube. The whole miniseries is on iTunes. It's really good. Please watch it because Pat McHale made a beautiful thing and it deserves attention.
