For the past few months I've been having really odd subconscious images of me either a) smashing my face into things right on my teeth, causing me to break them or b) suddenly attacking whoever I'm sitting next to.

Like I'll be sitting at my desk studying with this vivid image in my head, kind of fearful of it, of me smashing my face on something. Or I'll be studying with someone or doing a lab and I'll keep imagining myself just suddenly attacking them.

Like, why?

i was walking home from the metro after the bars closed and guy on the street was asked me for directions to the highway, clearly in no position to drive. i offered to let him sleep on my couch, which he did. felt like a good deed but seems also monumentally stupid in retrospect even though the guy turned out to be super nice.

okay I just watched the s club 7 reunion and I have some thoughts

- first of all, that brought back way more nostalgia than I thought it would
- why didn't they sing two in a million
- i think it's because Jo's vocal abilities have deteriorated
- two in a million really should have been simplified to one in 500,000
- rachel hasn't aged at all. damn her
- I don't remember finding any of the guys particularly attractive when I was a kid, but looking back, Paul definitely had a little bit of a ewan mcgregory renton-y thing going on

Got an email asking me to come in and interview sometime this week for a new job, and then last night got a text from my ex saying her brother's gf has a job opportunity that would fit me really well and if i was interested in it. very excited at the possibilities for a new job right now. current job has been soul crushing and i'm really ready to jump ship to a new job. happy with how things have been going
