If you know your trickers size now (they are a bit tricky), you could camp the retricker store on ebay:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/retricker1829 ... 7675.l2562

Or you know, northampt factory store road trip:

http://www.docstoc.com/docs/71318096/Fa ... SHOE-SHOPS

I don't want to be the annoying "I know what you want better than you." guy though. In the end the CPs are probably perfectly fine and might well be less of a hassle to get hold of, just posting for other people who might be more time rich aka teenagers..

so, i got my glasses recently stepped on; and they're being held together with tape right in the middle.
planning on replacing them, but most likely not in the same "buff/clear" colour. (my size is nowhere to be found for less than retail)

3 options i'm thinking of, all of them are oliver peoples gregory peck's but in different colours.
for what it's worth i'm light tan in skin-tone; but here are my options i'm thinking of:

i can't honestly decide which of these i like more than the other.

What do you guys think? I like them, and the price is great. I prob wouldn't pay retail for them, but I wanna make sure I'm not just buying it cause its on sale.

I really like this CDG jacket, but I don't know how well it would work with more casual clothing.

need a substitute for thongs because I hate wearing thongs.

I think this is the nicest teva variant I've found but I can't find an Australian stockist and for some reason teva thinks it's cool to charge $50 to ship sandals to Australia.

I fell in love with these boots from Yuketen, I feel like I already have enough boots but not in the aesthetic that I'm looking for:

I'm also considering a pair of wallabees. What to do? Here's what I currently have:

mighty tempted by that linked in the jumpsuits thread a while back. really love the actual separateness of the pieces, the band collar jacket (I've been wanting one), the variety of fabrics to choose from, and that low low price. up until now I have been pretty anti-jumpsuit-bandwagon, but I really love this and the idea of occasionally being able to just throw it on when I don't feel like coordinating an outfit is pretty tantalizing.

is this stupid? help me c-t

I wear my black/white sk8 hi's around twice a month when I'm having a lazy day. Not feeling them anymore. Should I drop them and go for white AF1 mids instead? I've been thinking about them for quite a while. Or looking for any other higher profile sneakers in that price range.

I haven't ordered anything online for about 8 months and managed to accrue about 800 in paypal funds.

Looking at boots since boot season came early this year.

Thinking of proxying a pair of these

Image

These also caught my eye

Or I could just settle for classic timbs.

thoughts on dm 'steed' model as a beater derby for trips etc? I think the standard MIE model looks good on skinnier ppl, as a fairly well-built, shaven-headed black guy i feel like a slightly sleeker shape might work better for me

These pants in black:

Zips are sorta cool, can make the pants looser or tighter in the waist and ankles (two way).

Would probably wear mostly with combats... seems too industrial(?) for zip boots, maybe.

They're Guidi sidezips

i remember the sale price on end being about what i paid for a pair at the soph store in osaka last year. something to keep in mind w/r/t customs and fees and stuff (both in regards to proxying and end).

Recent purchases I'm mulling over:

Our Legacy Raw Silk Shirt

Probably keeping this one, it's the most comfy thing I have ever worn, like comfier than any of my tees or sweats, like I do not think I can adequately convey how comfy this is through words alone. It drapes in a lovely slouchy way, the hem is nice and long at the back and I love the deep red colour, I've been needing something to break up my blue, black and dark greens.

Image

Fabric close up, one of my housemates said it somehow felt like suede

Our Legacy Paisley Scarf

Already posted in the moody neckwear thread. Unsure about this one though, it's nice but I don't know how much wear I'd get out of it since I'd mostly just wear it with a fairly limited set of outfits (that said those fits are the only ones which I normally put a scarf in anyways). As well as that I really wanted the deep orange/red coloured one but that's out of stock everywhere I look. It smelled really strongly of something after I took it out of the packaging and I don't know what, someone said it was like penicillin or something which just raises further questions. Seems nice and warm and not too scratchy, it is also massive which is pretty cool.

Pretty close to copping these tech runners in the sales, but wondering if there were any other stealthy cyberpunk trainers that had flown below my radar. Also anyone know sizing for this season? I was planning .5 down from my regular adidas size.
