i have no idea. the total COD bill was $77. so with $18 shipping it came to $95 of fees on a $99 item.

I sent cncpts an email telling them to refund me the $42 because there's no reason I should have paid that given that I already paid for them to ship it.

I've been hearing about UPS brokerage fees in Canada for the years now. It's nothing new with UPS or Fedex, but I think UPS is the worse in the COD regards in Canada. It's just darn expensive to use non-postal service logistic companies, especially after paying for customs duties. They aren't subsidized when it comes to handling customs import/export. It sucks that you gotta order from abroad. :(
