too long for rep comment..
http://www.americanapparel.net/garments ... ID=2007org -- here's the specs for this tee. In my experience, these measurements are accurate to within <1" (2.5cm yo)(click in bottom left to switch to metric)
I have some Uniqlo Airism tees in Small and I'd say the fit is pretty close to how AA fits after it shrinks in the wash within the same size (for basic tees). AA may be just a touch slimmer. That sounds rambly, in short (lol it's not any shorter)-- A shrunken size Small tee in AA will fit a tiny bit slimmer than airism Uniqlo tee in Small (which didn't shrink at all in my experience).
Others have mentioned QC issues with AA, which is a fair judgment. I now have ~$1,800 of AA clothes (none out of pocket--time to sell some) and I'd say the best QC exists within the t-shirts and outerwear. (As far as consistency within styles across different colors and lack of sewing/construction issues). QC seems to be a little waffly on hoodies and knits (sizing can be weird within the same style, and some seams don't seem so secure).
I have the non-organic version of that tee in medium (fits me a touch slouchy), after a wash (shrunk up a bit) here are measurements: p2p: 20.25" bottom sweep: 20.25" arm length (from shoulder seam to edge of wrist):27.75" length (shoulder to bottom hem): 28.25"
Question of my own- is this comment tax deductible?
