Always loved older cars. Not the vintage 50s-60s type though. Always saw those as pretty overrated especially for an everyday commute in modern times and keeping up with them. Cool for collectors, but not for me.

My favorite cars are the ugly, boxy cars whose designs were rounded and smoothed out over the years (as with pretty much anything in modern design).





Actually looking at a really cheap ford festiva currently that needs new tires. Seems like the perfect car for me :-) nearly 35 MPG, ugly but has character, carries 4 people with room in the back for storage and is a 2 door!

Anyone here actually have one or know someone who has it? I've heard its really fun to drive.

Hate driving, glad I don't own a car. My driving classes were awful and I cried every time because I'd never sucked at anything SO BADLY in my life.

I don't know anything about cars, but I am reasonably good at driving. I learned quickly and it's pretty much second nature to me, probably because our nation was cool enough to adopt automatic transmission.

I started out with a 2001 Hyundai xg300 a year ago, then my family was nice enough to replace it w/ my uncle's 2007 Hyundai Azera, which is like.. a luxury vehicle for me, but mostly because the stereo still plays on both sides. :~)

The only real car thing I have an opinion on is leather upholstery. Ironically, it is exactly like having leather soles, spend more to hurt yourself. It's painfully hot in the summertime and painfully cold on winter mornings. Ask your friends if they have leather upholstery and if they do, just let them know you're there for support.

2013 Chevy Spark, a solid $8000, already got $1500 paid. Its exactly everything i'm looking for in a car. Funnily enough, my credit is better than my mom's, so i've actually got a newer and nicer car than her lol

Been looking at the new GTI. Looks pretty good, is practical, and a tune w/downpipe seems to be making a stupid amount of power.
